The Tales Of Beedle The Bard...

Today was the day.. J.K.Rowling's The Tales Of Beedle The Bard was released. I'd already pre-ordered my copy from Amazon. It arrived in the post today.
This book contains the Fairy Stories that were told to the young Witches & Wizards in the Harry Potter books.
How I have restrained myself from reading it I don't know.
But I'll be reading tonight.
Wonder if there's some more idea's for a Miniature setting in there? The mind boggles.. I'm so itching to start it, but I know if I start I won't put it down until its finished..

Back To Honeydukes...

In amongst all the chaos, in this house at the moment. I've managed to fit the acetate in the windows and glue the false frontage into the frame. Just need to run a moulding around the join on the inside and paint it. So the edges look nice and neat. It can then be screwed back onto the box. I've also stuck the blind to the door. Didn't it turn out well, thanks to Kim emailing me the paper. Did try the handles, for the door, but they were slightly too large, so will have to have a sort through my stash and see if I have any smaller ones.

Update On Mick.. Gross Post..

Went to the Hospital today, so that Mick could have his dressing changed. He ended up taking the dressing off himself, as it had stuck.. How he never passed out, I'll never know. He went a horrible shade of grey and the sweat was dripping off him. The Consultant was happy with the wound and the good thing is, he doesn't need Plastic Surgery. He needs the dressing changed every three days until it has scabbed over and then the dressing's can stop. They think it will take approx one month, to heal over.. Took some more pictures on my mobile, as the boys wanted to see what it looked like. The photo's are a bit blurred, but maybe that's a good thing. Their reaction when they saw them, was that's Gross... If your have a weak stomach, then I would skip this post..

Well I've been finding so many, that I thought I'd try and get them all on one page, so I've opened another blog called Tiny Treasures Mini Links..
