Tea Anyone?....

Yesterday, I had a surprise delivery from Rosanna. When I opened the Jiffy bag, look what I found inside. A beautifully wrapped little parcel. It's an ongoing joke, that I like very strong tea and I call it builders tea. Well Rosanna, had enclosed a tea bag with the parcel, and yes Rosanna, I still Love my builders tea.
I opened the tiny little Pink wrapped parcel, to find inside one of Rosanna's ,beautifully stitched Tea Cosy's, the back is a Red and White Gingham.
It is totally incredible, it amazes me how Rosanna, manages to stitch so tiny. She is most definitely the "Queen Of The Needle"..
Thank you so much Rosanna, you are a very Dear Friend and the Tea Cosy is beautiful....xxxx

You're not alone Debbie, I like very strong tea too and few peeps get it right with me! lol I drink Twinings Every Day Tea or their Breakfast Tea and always in a bone china mug or cup and saucer! ;o)

I love the tea cosy, and it was all so beautifully wrapped too!

LOL Michelle, I also drink my Tea from a Bone China Royal Doulton Mug, that has Winnie The Pooh on it.I can't get on with Cups and saucers, especially with all the animals about. I'd end up losing the cup off the saucer. It does taste so much better from Bone China. xxx

What a beautiful little gift! You are right, Rosanna is the Queen of the Needle! I have three of her Christmas stockings and I can't get over how tiny the stitches are!
Hope you have a nice day enjoying your tea.

What an amazing piece of work! A real treasure and such a wonderful gift :)

I also like bone china mugs of hot, very strong tea -- there's nothing as refreshing in the world, for me! I use Red Rose tea. I collect pretty china tea cups and saucers, and use them sometimes, but for my daily cups of tea nothing beats a nice big but thin mug!

Strong, little sugar and no milk for me ! in my best loved red gingham mug. Cups are cute but they hold little and the saucer is always on the wrong side of the table.I remember a Lady I met ages ago: she was the widow of a Royal Guards Lieutenaunt Colonel, educated at Eton and so on. She told me that upper class members drink their tea very weak and couldn't understand how possibly workers might need so much sugar and power.May be they worked more seriously than them ;o) Hugs Rosanna

What a beautiful gift and I agree she's definitely the 'queen of the needle' but oh dear Rosanna... what does that say about me then as I only like weak tea! LOL

Rosanna does indeed stitch the most gorgeous tea cozies! Luck you to have one of her gorgeous creations!

I love strong tea. Because we have the best water in the USA (according to my official water report ratings) I think even the British would think the tea was good here. No bags here though just loose tea leaves.

I have a lovely Brambly Hedge mug. How I wish I had the tea pot too.

Beautiful, Rosanna's work is exquisite.

Builders tea in this house too - I can get tea bags here but they are so weak I have to use 6 in a mug. Does the trick though lol

And it has to be really hot :-)
