Boys Room Again..

Forgot to show you the full room in the Photo's yesterday. This is my Boy's Room in it's full glory.
Note the Doll House on the Window sill, which I managed to smuggle in there, much to the Boy's disgust.But as it as a Lady of ill repute living in it, I think they find it funny. The big pine cupboard, on wheels contains their TV, Games Consoles and Stereo. I like it all out of sight.
This Room also doubles up as our Guest room, the sofa with the Father Christmas Cushions, pulls out into a double bed...

Boy's Room Decorations

The boys decided that they didn't want a Tree in their room this year. I think they were just trying to save me some work.. Bless em..They just wanted the Fireplace decorated. So today, I went in and did their Garland and hung up their Christmas Stockings.. I love the Fireplace in their room, wish we had one as big in the main Living Room.
I don't know what's wrong with me today, but every photo I've taken is wonky.. And no I haven't had a drink...

Christmas Tree..

Well I finally went over to my friend Diane's, to pick up the Christmas Tree today. Christmas this year sort of crept up on me. I'm normally so organised, cards written in November and sent out on the 1st December. But for some reason this year, I'm late with everything..
The tree is a Scot's Pine and was extremely heavy. We've had to wedge it in the corner to support it. Me and the boys started decorating it this evening, I'll finish it tomorrow. I also managed to put the garland up on the Mantel. I'll do the Boy's Room tomorrow..

Antique & Vintage Images..

Whilst trawling through the web. I came across this really lovely blog called The Vintage Moth
by Abigail Mooney. Its full of Antique and Vintage images, that are free to download. I was looking through and there's some brilliant ones on there, which are perfect as miniatures.

Toadstools..

I've painted the Toadstools that Nikki sent me. They look really cute. I plonked everything in the basket to show you. I haven't stuck anything down yet, need to fiddle a bit first to get it just how I want it... I'm thrilled to bits with it all..

Update On Mick...

Meant to tell you on Monday! Took Mick to have his dressing changed Monday and the Nurse took a swab of the wound as it was oozing. The Doctor came in to have a look and prescribed a stronger dose of Antibiotic's.
We went back today, and the difference is fantastic, it's really healing nicely now. Sorry no pictures, forgot to take the camera. Good news today, that the swab results came back clear. Back on Monday to have it redressed again. I'll try and remember to take the Camera this time.. The picture is of the Man, that the thumb is attached to.... Handsome Devil isn't he....
