Beautiful Beau...

Thought you might like to see another picture of our Beautiful little Beau. (Please ignore the bags under my eyes and the dodgy hair do..LOL, that's what I look like after not a lot of sleep, I've been checking on the other Mum's to be all through the night). You can also see how massive my hands really are.
Beau's already a really friendly little soul, who's quite happy to come up for a cuddle and a good scratch.. You can see the Eel stripe right down his back. I like to play with and touch the Foals legs every day, so they get used to having their feet lifted for the Blacksmith. He's small enough that I can lift him into my arms and carry him... Mary said she'd like to put him in the boot of her car and take him home with her...

  5. Awww he's adorable!!! I absolutely love his little curly mane - will he keep that or does it change as they get older (I know nothing about horses) & your friend isn't alone, I think I would want to take him home with me too :o)

  7. Beau is so beautiful! I had no idea how small he was until I saw you with him. Amazing how he has taken to you at such a young age. You are so lucky to be involved with these beautiful souls.

  8. Thanks for all the lovely comments Ladies. Still think I look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards. I'll be glad when all the babies are here safe and well, then I can have a proper sleep.

Wendie his mane will straighten as he gets older, but its all sweet little curls and ringlets at the moment..

  11. He's wonderful! I agree with Katie, I see no bags. You are beaming with joy too brightly for any silly bags to show. :-)

  12. Debbe, you are so lucky! I have a thing for donkeys and shire horses, a bit random I know. We want to move out to Wales about 5 years ago but the kiddies wouldnt move (soft parents LOL). How many pregnant ladies have you got? No wonder you are tired, I only thought you had a couple of them not as many as you told me previously. Dont forget to look after yourself :O)
