Three Little Gardens...

Thought I'd show you these three little Gardens, that I unearthed in one of the boxes from the garage.
My Dad found these while he was out one day and brought them home for me. I think they were being thrown away, so Dad rescued them.
I have no idea who made them, and I do wonder what their story is. They all need some work doing on them. But will come in handy as background pieces to show of my work. I think my favourite one is Los Rosas.

  1. My fave is los Rosas. Its crying out to be a Spanish witch garden with toadstools and pumpkins. I will cast a spell to make you do this, lol.
I love all of them and can't imagine why whoever made them decided to chuck them out.

  3. Thank goodness your Dad rescued them. They are all wonderful and should never be thrown away. I like the second one best as I like the peaceful corner with a rock garden and pond. What a great find.

  4. So sad that someone decided, after all that work, to throw them out. But very glad your dad rescued them.

There should be an SPCD (Society of prevention of cruelty to Dolls Houses).

Have you noticed how many silly people set fire/explode dolls houses for entertainment on youtube? I allways feel sad for the child 'out there' who does not have one and then vandals destroy a good little house!

  6. I love them. I've noticed that almost everymini you've shown as is related somehow to your parents, that is so sweet. I would love to here more from their stories.

  7. On one hand it is a sad thing someone throwed them out, on the other that's the best thing this person could do to them as they are now save in your hands! Have fun with them!

  8. I agree with Nikki, Loa Rosas is calling for a whole house to be put on its sides too, a great witch project! HOW could anyone think of throwing them, and cant believe you just had them stashed away, such fantastic gardens, just hiding!! Love them, Kate xx

  17. Debbie what fun it must be finding all these treasures! Even when you were sorting out your 'stock' you probably came across stuff that you had forgotten about.
Maybe some of these items have inspired you for projects to make in the future.Think you should have a notepad at the ready to make a note of all your ideas! Carolx
