My Eldest Son Ben is off to the School Prom this evening. I begged him to let his Dad take a photograph before he went out. (What is it with Boy's and Camera's?).
The Prom is being held in a Function Hall in a local Hotel.
I can't believe how grown up he looks, all 6ft 3ins of him. Where have the last 17 years disappeared too?
Good job, raising such a handsome son. At that age, my daughter didn't like photos either. I think it's something to do with that age. I hope he has fun at the prom!
ReplyDeleteHe looks quite dashing! Have fun at prom, Ben.
ReplyDeleteDebbie, you had to do some ironing after all... He really looks grown up

ReplyDeleteI don't know where the time goes either. I'm still trying to figure out how my baby niece turned into a sixteen year old with a bombshell figure and a penchant for retro bubble dresses. :-/

ReplyDeleteYour son is a very handson young man. (He looks like Mom doesn't he?) My grandson is 17 as well and he is also getting ready for his prom but he wont let anyone take any pictures of him. So you are lucky to have these wonderful pictures to remember the moment.
ReplyDeleteWOW! He's good looking! Verry handsome, I think he looks a lot like you Debbie. I hope he had a great time!
ReplyDeleteHope he had a fantastic time Deb, I have prom photos of my daughter and 2 step daughters on the wall and just have to wait 2 more years for my sons prom photo, which will be a struggle to get him to allow! Mind you he wants to go in a fire engine so it will make a good photo if i get one lol xx Kate and John xx
ReplyDeleteAnd he's all mine :)
ReplyDeleteI love Katie's comment!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if you received my comment here yesterday, maybe didn't go through (sometimes I don't realize I'm not logged in). I think your son is very handsome, same height as both of my sons. So nice to take photos when you can, they grow older so fast. I hope he had a wonderful time.
ReplyDeleteMini Hugs, Jean
